Sleeping Rooms

Linens and towels are provided by the Conference Center.  They are not changed daily but if you need clean towels let one of the Retreat Committee members know.  There is a coin-operated washer and dryer at the end of the hall on the lower level past the Fireside Room.  PLEASE CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR WHEN TAKING A SHOWER TO PREVENT A FIRE ALARM GOING OFF.

Some of the rooms have one queen size bed, some rooms have two queen size beds, some rooms have a queen size and a single bed, and other rooms have a queen size and a double/single loft combination.

Handicapped Accessible

There are several rooms that the bedroom and bath are handicap accessible. If you need a Handicap room, please make sure you indicate it on your Registration form.

Fire Alarms

In the event of a fire/ fire alarm, everyone please exit the building via the nearest exit and proceed (need updated info here).  The Retreat Committee will do a room check & roll call to make sure everyone is out of the building.  To facilitate this we are asking everyone to SIGN OUT whenever you leave the building for an extended period of time and SIGN IN when you return so we know who should be there or not.

Items that Roxbury does NOT provide

Large bars of soap or hair dryer.

At the end of your stay Roxbury asks us to remove the sheets and towels and put them in separate pillow cases and place them outside your room in the hall. Turn off the heat/air conditioner and lights.
